Delete your data

If you have a ReplyPilot account

Sign in and go to Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate. We revoke ReplyPilot's Google access, delete your business, locations, reviews, drafts and replies, brand voice, WhatsApp messages, usage and billing records, and your login. You'll get a reference code to check the status.

Replies already posted on Google stay on Google, because they belong to your Business Profile. You can remove them in Google Business Profile.

Revoke Google access only

Open myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove ReplyPilot, or use Disconnect on the Google page in ReplyPilot.

Can't sign in? Request deletion

Submit your email below. We verify that you own the account and complete the deletion within 30 days.
