Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business owner) and Sujeet Singh / Karmatix ("ReplyPilot", "we"). By using ReplyPilot you agree to them.

The service

ReplyPilot drafts replies to your Google reviews with AI, posts replies you approve, and can automatically post replies to 4–5★ reviews if you enable it. Replies to 1–3★ reviews are always held for your approval.

Your responsibilities

• You must be authorised to manage the Google Business Profile you connect.
• You are responsible for replies posted from your account, including automatically posted ones. Review drafts and switch off auto-posting if you prefer to approve everything.
• You must follow Google's policies for Business Profile replies and WhatsApp's Business policies.
• Don't use ReplyPilot to post false, misleading, abusive or unlawful content.

AI drafts

AI drafts can be wrong. Our safety filter blocks medical and legal claims, promises, profanity and personal data, but no filter is perfect. ReplyPilot does not give medical, legal or financial advice.

Plans, billing and refunds

Free: 10 replies per month. Starter: ₹299/month. Pro: ₹499/month. Yearly plans cost 10× the monthly price. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically through Razorpay until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Unused replies don't carry over. Refunds for the current period are at our discretion.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Google, WhatsApp or payment provider outages may affect ReplyPilot.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
